Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment and credit approval are confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note: Orders may be delayed during periods of high demand or due to supply chain disruptions. You will be notified by our team if any extended delays are expected.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via a range of trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and freight services for large orders. You may choose your preferred shipping method during checkout or request a custom shipping quote by contacting our team.
Available shipping options typically include:

We reserve the right to upgrade or change the carrier based on product weight, size, or delivery location to ensure efficient delivery.
Will-Call / In-Store Pickup
Customers may select Will-Call Pickup at checkout. Will-call orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled or restocked. You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, shipping method, and delivery destination. Certain products may incur additional handling or oversized item fees, which will be disclosed prior to checkout.
Shipping Locations
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping through the website. For international orders, please contact us directly at orders@rsautomation.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may also view tracking details by logging into your account on our website.
Backorders & Partial Shipments
If an item is on backorder, you will be notified at the time of purchase or shortly after. In some cases, we may ship available items immediately and send the remaining items once back in stock (unless otherwise requested).
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

File a claim with the carrier, if applicable
We will assist in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Freight Shipments
For palletized or oversized items shipped via freight:

A valid phone number is required for scheduling delivery

Commercial delivery locations must have appropriate unloading equipment

Residential or limited-access deliveries may incur extra fees
