This modification alters the orientation of the electrical box on a GH Door Operator. This modification is used when the GH Door Operator is to be shelf mounted (motor and reducer are mounted horizontally instead of mounting vertically) and there will be insufficient room above the operator to access the electrical box.
The electrical box orientation changes so that it faces into the room, instead of the ceiling, providing easy access.
